LET'S WORK ON IT TOGETHER

About Susie Berg
I may be a Midwestern girl at heart, but I’ve spent my adult life in the Boston area with my husband and our three now‑grown kids.
In 2017, with the support of a health coach, I transformed my own health. I built sustainable habits around nutrition, hydration, movement, and sleep — and learned firsthand that meaningful behavior change takes time, patience, and self‑compassion. We're all a work in progress.
Now, post‑menopause, my healthy lifestyle plays an even more important role in supporting hormone balance and long‑term well‑being. These days, I’m especially focused on strength training, lifting heavy, flexibility, and balance.
That personal transformation sparked my passion for helping others on their own health journeys. Over the past eight years as a certified health coach, I’ve partnered with hundreds of clients of all ages and stages. I meet each person with empathy, curiosity, and a personalized, whole‑person approach.
Outside of coaching, you’ll usually find me in nature — biking, birdwatching, hiking, or behind a camera. And for fun, I recently published my first children’s book, Take a Bath in Ketchup.

Offering a rare combination of national board‑certified expertise, years of hands‑on coaching, and a deeply compassionate, whole‑person approach. With me as your coach, you’ll not only receive support and accountability—you get a partner who understands the emotional, behavioral and practical layers of change. As a menopause-informed practitioner, I approach women's physical and mental health challenges through the lens of perimenopause and menopause.
I understand the process of behavior change - the importance of setting manageable goals, staying grounded and maintaining consistency. A trusting coaching relationship creates a safe space for you to explore why change matters to you - and reflect on past successes - to reach your full potential.
